RV was dirty. My AC stopped working after night 1. Irene delivered the RV with septic 1/2 full and it smelled horrible, which caused the bath tub to fill up and the smell was so horrific that we could not stay in the RV.

Lisa, you truly are not meant to go camping. The first thing you said to me when I met you was you wanted a bigger RV, the second thing was there’s no Wi-Fi. The third thing was you wanted the awning when you did not have it on the contract. The power had nothing to do with the trailer, it was the park. From the minute I got there, I did not have power to set up the trailer. I contacted the park immediately who came out and fixed the power. The constant problem with the power had to do with the park and you did not contact the park after I left to report a problem. Instead You had three people call me To voice your complaints. When I was showing you and your family, how to run the trailer, I voiced my opinion that the septic tank will not hold four grown adults waste and having long showers and using the bathroom excessively because you were camping for 4 days. Obviously nobody listen to me and that’s why the grey tank was overflowing. You and your whole family agreed that you need to use the outhouse but clearly you did not. I cannot help that it rained. I cannot help that it was hot and since you said you were from Florida, I thought you would be able to tolerate it. I personally clean those trailers and I can verify that it was clean other than your entire family running through it with their shoes on as soon as I opened the door. I also remind you that you were camping in the bush and dirt comes with camping. There is a clear reason why I asked you and your entire family to use the outhouse instead of the bathroom and unfortunately you found out why.
